Our approach to developing future insurance leaders

Mentors

Through consiliNet, a private network of professionals, we connect experienced insurance sector professionals with potential future insurance industry leaders in order to assist and develop new talent to lead this sector forward.

We do not share details of individuals who register with us as mentors or future leaders other than when we connect consiliNet Mentors with potential consiliNet Future Insurance Leaders.  In all cases we will first seek your permission to do so.

We do not make public our membership list and only we have access to the list.

We will not reveal the identities of consiliNet Mentors or consiliNet Future Insurance Leaders to any third party.

As a consiliNet Mentor you have the right to provide mentoring and related services to our consiliNet Future Insurance Leaders either free of charge or on a fee basis to be negotiated between you and the consiliNet Future Insurance Leader.  consiliNet will have no involvement in these individual arrangements other than notifying potential consiliNet Future InsuranceLeaders that you may charge for your services.

The Consilient Consultancy Limited, owner of the consiliNet brand and network is established in Ireland and therefore adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulations.

Future Insurance Leaders

We have a "Terms of membership" document which details the benefits to consiliNet Future Insurance Leaders as well as roles, responsibilities, financial arrangements and a few other legal matters such as compliance with international sanctions regulations.

We operate this program on a not-for-profit basis but we do have costs to cover including largely our time and administrative costs.  Consequently, while there are no joining fees for the program we do require a nominal annual fee of 120 Euro to cover these costs payable for three years only.  This will also help to ensure that only serious individuals will register.

In return for this fee we will connect you to appropriate consiliNet Mentors until you find the right fit for you.  We will also maintain a system of quality control to enable you to provide confidential feedback on your mentor's performance.

We will also (subject to details in our Terms of Membership) assist in promoting program members within our extensive network in order to help them advance their careers.

You should also note that our consiliNet Mentors retain the right to charge for their services.  Any such fees will be subject to negotiation between you and the mentor.
